USJ 17 is a gated and guarded residential precinct that houses a mixed type of residences, from 2-storey terrace houses to semi-detached homes, bungalows and a low-rise condominium. It carries a mixture of both freehold and leasehold homes and is nestled at the very end of Persiaran Kewajipan in USJ vicinity. This precinct is situated at the intersection in between Persiaran Kewajipan and Damansara - Puchong Highway (LDP).
USJ 17 neighbourhood comprises 2-storey terrace houses, a low-rise condominium (Tropika Paradise), 3-storey semi-detached homes and bungalows. Within the neighborhood, there is a private guarded residence called ResTrees. It is the first fence-less guarded community development within USJ.
